Combine 15 cups of cooked peas, 25 pounds of washed and sliced carrots, 1 large potato (diced), 1/2 pound of minced spring onions and 50 pounds of cooked capsicum in a large bowl!. Add salt and pepper to taste!. In a large kettle, bring to a boil one huge sack of rice!. Add vegetable mixture to rice!. Heat the mixture in a greased skillet over medium to high heat for six hours stirring occasionally!. Garnish with a wedge of lemon if desired!. Serves 2-4!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cut the vegetables in long piecs!. Put oil in kadai, add jeera then add garlic finely chopped!. Let it turn red!. Then add onion pieses!. LEt them turn red!. Then add potato!. Stir it well and let it get cooked!.You may put a lid on kadai!. Then add capsicum, carrot spring onion beans etc!. Let them cooked properly!. Donot cook it till they get very soft!. Then add black pepper powder!. Add a little ghee to enhance the taste!. Garnish with grated cheese and coriander leaves!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
