I don't know, I think that ANY meat whose smell can be described as "rank" should never be consumed!. That's the ultimate meat test, for any meat!.!.!. smell!. If it smell legitimately bad (as opposed to strong) then you shouldn't eat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
