you mean PAK choi, or Bok choi!. It's a leafy green vegetable good in asian stir fries and soup!. I grow them both in my garden :)!. Pak choi and bok choi look alike, except pak choi has white stalks, and bok choi stalks are green!. it's like a chinese cabbage!. i think they are much nicer when they are young though because they get bitter as they get bigger!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
you mean bak choi, (白菜 in chinese characters if ur curious lol)!. apart from the fact that theyre leafy things, its a vegetable belonging to the cabbage family(brassicas) and bak choi is literally a chinese cabbage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Spoken English has a more limited range of sounds than most Asian languages, so "Pokchoi" or "Pak Choi" or "Bok Choy" are all "Western" names for what many call "Chinese cabbage", (Brassica rapa chinensis)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
