Would you rather- Eat sushi or liver?!

Question: Would you rather- Eat sushi or liver!?
ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
love sushi and absolutely HATE liver (especially the smell)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Both are good;

BUT ONLY if prepared by those who know how!.

* beef liver (young beef) in milk, the dust with four, pan fried + sliced onion = tasty

* sushi/sashimi: MUST rely on the chef who knows well of the art;

since eating raw fish, say uncooked salmon, can give you a HELL OF A PROBLEM health wise!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I rather slide down a razor banister then eat either one!.

Um,
Well almost!.

Maybe I wouldn't do that after thinking about it( I'm a guy)!.
So let's just say if I had to chose just one
I'll just say liver I guess!.

No make it sushi
No liver
