Ah roti is one ah de national dish of T&T! Nobody in the Caribbean roti could beat back ah roti from Trini!! Roti, channa and alloo, duck/chicken/goat, mango!.!.!.man yuh good tuh go, and remember to wash it down with ah red Solo!
Ah doubles is a must if yuh from/in Trinidad!. It's also known as ah channa sandwich!. Made by taking ah barra, putting some channa, pepper/tamarind/cucumber sauce and topping it off with another barra!. Yuh must be able eat at least 4-5 tho!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

its a type of bread, i like to eat chicken roti, which has the curried chicken wrapped in the bread!.!.!.!. awww man, it's so good!. I go to Negril or Tropicana to get that!.!.!. i think im going to have that for dinner tonight!.!.!. that and some coco bread and the homemade fruit punch!.!.!. awww man, it's on an poppin' tonight!
