you will usually get a lot of dishes, vegetable curry, muton or lamb stew, chicken stew or curry, lentils spiced!. It will be served with rice and with flatbread!. Usually you will eat with your hands!. Although far from each other then in many ways Ethiopian food reminds me of "rougher" or more primitive indian food perhaps because the country has been poorer and more barren!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
