I don't and I am Asian!!! LOL

I prefer a fork, can't use chopsticks with soup!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Typically, it's a good idea to use chopsticks in a Chinese or Japanese restaurant!. Although not all people see it this way, it is sort of common courtesy to do so!. They're considered to be part of the "experience", so if you can, learn how to use them and expand your horizons!.

But, if you simply cannot, it is quite acceptable to ask for a fork!. In fact, you'll probably be better off because you won't be spilling food all over the table!. ; )Www@FoodAQ@Com

only if I want it too;

or else, spoon + fork are well accepted!.

(what is bad is that using the chopsticks to pick up a slimy piece of chicken;

and the chicken falls onto the bowl of soy sauce, splashing a mess)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I do!. It's a good way to develop better hand-eye coordination, it taste better with the chopsticks and it keeps me from making a glutton of myself!. It's a win-win-win situation
