You can totally do this without a deep fryer!. You just have to flip whatever you are frying once!. Here's a link to a great recipe:

Make sure you use cold cold water!. Ice water is best that way, when you drop it in the hot oil, it really puffs nicely!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
