Question: Authentic Tamales Recipe Veracruz!?

I know that Mexico differs in their cooking all over!. Does anyone have a recipe for tamales from the Veracruz State region!? Some use corn husks, but I hear in some parts they use banana leaves and say it has more flavor with that!. Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
