Intl Cheese Platter ideas?!

Answers:
English stilton, Sage Derby, Italian smoked Gouda and a nice white new york cheddar!. Or how about a firm and pungent Italian provelone!? Add a nice Yarlsburg and maybe a mild Camembert (you don't want everything to be so strong--the yarlsburg and camembert will balance the stilton and Sage derby)!. If you can find some of that Lebanese Feta--the soft stuff that you can spread--it's a dream! With it serve a couple of non-cheese spreads: like an olive tapenade and taramusalata!. You must have some crisp crackers and a nice crusty bread!. Add some fresh fruit like grapes and sliced appels to go with the cheese(your favorite kind--I love honey crisp but it's not quite season yet) !. For desert some dried dates, raw almonds, pistachios and Brazil nuts!.
Add your favorite wine or beer!. Have a delightful evening!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hmmm!.!.!. there's tons to choose from!. Try cheddar, feta, brie, gruyere, mozzerella, blue, gouda, swiss!. I don't think any of these are hugely pricey!. Brie and gruyere might be a little more costly, but they're SO good! :) All of these should be readily available in the US!.
To get more countries into the mix, try istara, chevre, asiago, or manchego!. I don't know what the price-range or availability is for these though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
