Help with Estofado?!
I'm planning on cooking this dish and i have a couple of questions about modifications!. Can i substitute the bananaa with plaintains, can i reduce the amount of garlic, can i switch the pork with oxtails or curried goat or mix em!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sure you can do all that but you will lose flavor if you switch from bananas to plaintains, you can reduce the garlic but I don't think I would put in CURRIED goat!. You can always mix the meats!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
