Aussie food for a Canadian?!

My friend from Canada was visiting recently and fell in love with some Aussie treats such as Tim Tams and Cherry Ripes!. I want to send a care package and wondered what other unique Aussie treats I could send!. Maybe some of these things are readily available!. My shopping list so far;

Twisties are what I miss most when overseas (even though I don't eat them normally)
And yes Pavlova is from New Zealand but was named by a pastry chef working in Perth when the Russian Ballet visited (not sure what is was called in New Zealand but it was the same thing)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
