Do peruvians eat empanadas?!
Answers:
Yes, we do!. Most Latin countries have their versions of empanadas!. They can be savory our sweet!. I grew up in Lima, Peru, and my favorite empanada is beef!. It is ground beef mixed with olives, raisins, and chopped hard boiled egg in a fluffy pastry!. The pastry is then sprinkled with powdered sugar, and most squeeze a lime into the empananda as well!. Empanada actually means "wrapped in bread"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
