Recipe for Lebanese fried cauliflower (Arnabeet Meklah)? Please?!

Question: Recipe for Lebanese fried cauliflower (Arnabeet Meklah)!? Please!?
All the recipes I've found just plop the flowerets in oil to deep fry!. But at our favorite Lebanese restaurant, the flowerets have some dark brown seasoning on them!. What is that!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Traditionally, this is just fried cauliflower but I would guess that it's either ground cumin powder or a spice mixture known as za'taar which is a unique Middle Eastern spice blend made with sesame seeds, thyme and sumac, a tart seasoning made from ground dried berries!.
