Question: How do i freeze homemade roti!?
Answers:
To freeze, fold each skin in half and wrap in parchment/grease proof paper!. Layer individually rapped skins and wrap in foil!. And freeze!. It should last a long time!. To use thaw and warm in the oven for a few minutes !.!.!.!.!.!. = )Www@FoodAQ@Com

depending on type of roti!. sada - don't suggest you fold, but if its dhalpourie you can fold in 4!. put in it zip lock bags and freeze!. when you are ready to eat thaw in refrigerator or outside properly!. if you put in microwave it will get soggy so i suggest you re-heat on a metal pan!. (tawah)
