What does Dragon Fruit taste like?!

It tastes like a combination of pear, kiwi and watermelon!. It used to only be available outside the US because of its limited growing season and because it's doesn't ship well!.
However, it's not being grown in some parts of Florida and California, but may not be available at all in northern states!. It doesn't grow well in cool or hot weather, so it's usually only available for a short time, usually around September or October!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One of my favorite fruits, but I've never seen it anywhere in the US!. Ironically the only places I've ever found them fresh is Singapore and Amsterdam!.
