Sake or Mirin are the best for a good Teriyaki!. both are cheap, but depending where you live it could be hard to find!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Teriyaki sauce -- real, Japanese teriyaki sauce -- calls for a splash of sake!. Plenty of cheap sake around!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
