Wine(I want to get away from Sherry)

Teriyaki sauce -- real, Japanese teriyaki sauce -- calls for a splash of sake!. Plenty of cheap sake around!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sake! Or you can get cooking sake!. Regular drinking sake is better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Red Vermouth or Sauternes even a blush wine, for something funky try tequilaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Some stores sell mirin, or sweet rice wine, fairly cheaply!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
