I always have 3 bowls too many when it comes to Thai food; so yes a wee bit of added weight!.!.!. but then who can resist Thai dishes!? Best to moderate on rice intake and coconut milk based dishes and desserts, and stick to the sour and hot chillies dishes if you want to maintain your weight!. Vietnam anyone!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
No!. Thai food is not that fattening!. You don't see too much overweight Thai people in Thailand (yes, maybe they walk around more than we do in America)!. I still think Thai food is very healthy!. Lots of soups, salads, and seasoned with lots of herbs and spices!.
