Spaghetti Sauce

1/2 cups chopped onions 3 Tablespoons of oregano 2 cloves of garlic, minced 4 bay leaves 2 Tablespoons diced, fresh OR dried basil 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup chopped celery 2 Tablespoons chopped green peppers 1 teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons olive oil 1/4 red wine (optional) Mushrooms up to 1 lb!. Pizza sauce is more concentrated, has more spices, and is thicker!. Because it accounts for only a small portion of the entire pizza, it has to pack some serious flavor for the amount of its spread!.

It depends where pizza is made!. The orignial Italian one uses just PLAIN tomato sauce, the main flavors are given by cheese and different toppings!.

Almost none!.!.!.!.I usually use spaghetti sauce on my homemade pizza, 'cause I make a thick sauce!. Pizza sauce usually has more oregano, less sweet basil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just the appearance will show you that the spag sauce is more watery!.!.!.the 'za sauce is more condensed (water removed by cooking longer)!. Add in more spices and the 'za sauce rocks!
