1!.make some appetiser !.this following appetiser are all called mezzeh!. a variety of Arabic starter!. falafel, kibe , labneh (Arabic cheese )hummus ,baba ganoush!.tabouleh, of course when you are serving this you need the Arabic bread called kabush or the pita bread is fine!.
2!. for main course , some grilled lamb chops with couscous!.or shish tahouk ( chicken breast marinated with lemon juice , yoghurt and fennel seed!. )with yoghurt sauce and Arabic rice ,grilled kofta with cucumber salad with yoghurt , lemon and paprika!. and also shish kebabs!.

3!. for desserts , make baklava ,briouats , mamoul and gazelle's horns!.serve some Arabic dates , dry almonds and dry figs !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is a big question!. Are you making all this stuff yourself or are there some Middle Eastern delis in your area!? For appetizers I recommend Humus, Tabouli salad, and Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmades if you're Greek)!. For main courses, you could make Mansaf (it would be a big effort), Kofta, Kibbi, Kabsa, Machboos Laham, or Maraq Laham (sometimes spelled Marag Laham)!. For dessert I would have baklawa or kanafa!. also, don't forget to serve some good pita bread with the Humus and Tabouli appetizers and with the Kofta and Kibbi main courses!. It would take a long time to describe all of these things and write down recipes but if you do an internet search on the names of the dishes I mentioned, you will find a lot of recipes!. Some will even show pictures!. Costco sells some vegetarian pre-packaged grape leaves that are really good so that should save you some time!. Don't buy pre-made Humus; I've never had any that was good!. Any Humus recipe that includes Tahini will be good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
