How can I make my own seasoning at home?!

Question: How can I make my own seasoning at home!?
Answers:
The most simple seasoning is just put salt and pepper together and mix it well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A good rule of thumb that I personally use to create dry seasoning mix, is combine equal parts of each seasoning of choice!. If there's a particular seasoning or herb that I like more of, I simply add more of it!.

Then I add whatever amount of salt (I usually add approximately 1/4 to 1/3 of the total combined amount of dry seasonings!.!.!.!.depends on how salty I want my dry seasoning to be!.!.!.!.!.or simply don't add it as you can add it directly onto your dish before you begin to cook)!.!.!.!.much of this was "trial and error", but write down your quantities as you're creating your personal recipe, so it'll be perfect all the time!.

Consider getting herbs and seasoning from:

I usually check out the packaged spices and herbs in the Spanish section of the stores!. It is much much cheaper than the regular seasoning section!.

For larger quanitities, my favorite and best resource is:

SAN FRANCISCO HERB CO!.

www!.sfherb!.com
250 14th St!., San Francisco CA 94103

(they'll send you a free catalog and they also have their catalog available on line too):

This is a really good source for the freshest and best of quality herbs, spices and potpourri too (purchased from them for years, and they have one of the best prices for the amount they give you)!. They even have containers or bags available too (or go to stores like World Market or dollar type stores for little jars as well)!.

Additionally, SF Herb Co has pre-created blends & some recipes!. Since you want to create you're own seasoning consider the enclosed links below!. Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
