I ate dozens of different kinds of wursts while in Germany and then ate dozens of different kinds of salamis while in Italy!. I love them both but there are also a few less favorites such as blood sausages and fat salami!.
Both are fattening and should be eaten in moderation!.

They're both replete with fats!. There are a multitude of different types of both and they can be made of different things like beef, pork, chicken, etc!. They are all spiced differently!. It boils down to your personal preferences!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
