A popular restaurant here makes a dish called "Tortellini Ala Vesuvius", a cheese tortellini dish with a rich cream sauce, with tomatoes, garlic, basil, and grilled chicken!. I have them add pine nuts (that's just the kind of guy I am) for a mouthful of flavor!Www@FoodAQ@Com
