i made a flan yesterday and i didnt make enough carmel to cover it
can i make more caramel and pour it over the flan even though it is cooked and chilled!?
it wont be eaten until tomorrow

This is because the caramel cools first and see it will be seperated and not taste good!.

Yes you can, just bring the flan to room temp, before adding the extra caramel, and the put back in fridge to set!. Hope you enjoy it KayeWww@FoodAQ@Com
