Answers:
Indian cuisine does not use parsley (baqdounis, ???????) like Middle Eastern cuisines!. The most commonly used herbs in India are cilantro (kizbarah khadara, ????? ????) and mint (na'ana, ???????)!. In India: cilantro is kothimbir or dhania/hara dhania, mint is known simply as pudina!. There is no direct translation for parsley!. Ajmod is celery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Parsley is not used in Indian Cuisine!. In India, they use fresh Cilantro (Coriander leaves) similar to to parsley!. In Hindi, Cilantro is called 'Hara Dhania'!. Hara means Greens, Dhania means Coriander!.
