Answers:
The japanese typically serve cold or hot soba noodles with finely shredded seaweed, and a bowl of hot or cold dipping sauce made from bonito stock, soya, and mirin!. Personally this is a bit boring and plain for me, So I tend to load it up with Japanese sesame based salad dressing, and I have eaten it with strips of red bell pepper and topped with any number of things- like raw fish, cooked teriyaki meats, and the best is that fake crab mixed with celery and mayo!. Don't ask me why but its so damn delicious!. You mix it all together when you eat it and its really nice!. Hope this has helped! Www@FoodAQ@Com
