Catfish was almost meant to be fried!. It is a heavier fish that will not flake apart, you can flip it a lot easier and it will hold!.
Talapia is a very light fish, frying talapia is an art form!. Talapia does not need to cook long in grease at all because it is so light!. You fry it for about 3 minutes onone side for about another 4-5 minutes on the other and it's delicious!. Try it with lime juice and soy sauce!. Talapia is better for baking!. It is so light you can even bake it on a cookie tray with parchmnt paper and it is delicious this way!. Be even more careful trying to grill talapia because it flakes apart so easily it can be easily burnt or lose its composure upon flipping!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

catfish tastes better eaten fresh !. i reccommend steaming!. it's healthy!. but do remember to use a very fresh catfish though, if not it'll taste awful!.

Talapia and catfish are both delicate tasting with no overpowering fish taste and absolutely delicious when lightly seasoned!. Pan frying is the best way of preparing after dredging lightly in seasoned flour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
