Is abalone available in the US?!

There are three types you can get in the US!. Canned or frozen ones can be purchased in most Chinese groceries in essentially all major US cities!. Live abalone is much more rare and can only be purchased in cities where there is a sizable Chinese community, like in NYC, San Francisco and in Vancouver or Toronto in Canada!.

It is so expensive there may be restrictions so phone ahead
