Persian food?!

Question: Persian food!?
k, I'm cooking persian food on saturday, I plan on serving

-kababs (already made and in the freezer)
-fesenjoon (that stew with chicken walnuts and pomegranate juice)
-rice
-herb salad

I also want to do a hot vegetable dish, but I dont know what to make!.

And for desert I was thinking of rosewater icecream with pistachios sandwiched between waffle-cookies (I dont know what they're called)!.

Is this a good persian meal!? Is there anything else I should include!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know about "real" Persian dining, but in Persian restaurants in the US, you usually are served roasted tomatoes, bell peppers and onions!. That would solve your vegetable problem!. The menu sounds great - do you have a good fesenjoon recipe you want to share!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Check these out and find what you want- I also enjoy Persian food, its wholesome and enjoyable to the palate!
