Question: Please Help! How do I tone down spicyness!?!?!?!?
I made a pineapple salsa and a guacamole for my book club tonite and they are way too spicy! My mouth was on fire, I only used a serrano for each but these are megahot!!!! Any ideas!?!?!?!? Can I salvage these or should I start over!?!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

For the guac, stir in some sour cream!. The proteins in dairy products have a special ability to calm spicyness!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add more fruit!.
