I'm from Indiana, so I'm pretty weary of raw seafood seeing how the closest body of water is Lake Michigan!. We don't get too much good seafood with out it being flown in fresh!. I have had some "california rolls" before though with fax crab, avocados & something else!. It was alright for the ingredients being what they were!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I like mine room temperature, with the wasabi mixed in with the soy sauce (a Japanese cultural no-no but I like it) and ginger eaten between different types!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
