You can find recipes even in internet but to make it taste distinctively chinese, buy star anise & hoisin sauce!. Add 3 or 4 petals of star anise and tspoon of hoisin sauce at the end of cooking!. Buy also a good quality soy sauce like kikkoman, it gives difference!. By the way dont

Mind you, if you're trying to imitate the orange chicken and lo mein from Panda, these recipes are more like what you'd get at a more traditional Chinese restaurant, and not so Americanized!.!.!. They're both very good recipes, like I said, but by no means carbon copies of Panda!
