Answers:
Appetizers:
Miso Soup, Orange and Ginger Salad, Sushi, Edamame (Wonderful stuff, if I might add)

Main Course:
Hibachi Shrimp, Hibachi Steak (the filet mignon is always superiour, if it's available), and Terriyaki Chicken!.

Desert:
Japanese Red Bean Ice Cream, if available!.

Keep in mind that Hibachi meals taste much better than terriyaki - terriyaki is a bit too generic these days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"Tsukemono" or "Sunomono" - pickled side dishes, veg in vinegar
"Edamame" - boiled soybean
"Soba" or "Udon" - Noodles
"Karaage" - fried pieces of chicken
"Kushikatsu" - Meat and/or veg on a stick
"Gyoza" - dumpling potstickers (actually Chinese but common in Japenese restaurants)
"Unagi" - Grilled eel (also a type of Sushi)
"Sukiyaki" or "Shabu-shabu" - dishes that cook at your table, theres one big central pot and you put things in and take things out to eat as you want!. Not a common dish to find here in the states!.
Sushi is allright, but I prefer Sashimi!. Its just the raw fish itself, no rice!.

A traditional Japenese meal is a couple of flavor dishes (meat, veg, tofu, whatever!.!.), a bowl of rice, and a bowl of soup!. The flavor dishes are shared and there would be a 3 for each person!. However, everyone still has their own rice and soup!. In states you don't see this a-la-carte' type dinning very often!. Generally, here they serve you "American" portions with the understanding your gonna order for yourself and eat only what you order!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When having Japanese, I usually get Maki-sushi or Sashimi!. Sashimi is sliced fish that is served with a bowl of regular boiled rice on the side Although I have to stay away from sushi right now since I am pregnant! But I would suggest if you get Sushi to have the Shrimp Tempura Rolls, The Philly Roll (mmm, made with Philly cream cheese), California Roll (this seems to be everyones favorite), and a Spicy Tuna Roll!. And, if you get Sashimi, have Fugu, it's awesome! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fugu i believe a dice with death makes you more confident and will fill you with courage!. In case you don't know Fugu is blowfish and most of its body is covered with a toxic venom which causes death if ingested but part of the fish has a very tasty white meat which more then compensates for the risk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
