Any Chicagolander sausage fans? I need help!!

I lived in Chicago up until about 1966!. At that time, and until at least 2002 there was a company called Fred Bush that made a product called summer sausage!. It was a LARGE sausage, about 4" in diameter and quite long- perhaps a couple of feet!. Anyway, they used to be in NW Chicago on Milwaukee Ave!. Can anyone give me their current address and phone number!? I can't find it anywhere!.!.!. I live in Maryland!.
