Stick to steamed things, not breaded or crispy!. Try to stay away from things that are drenched in sauce!. Have brown rice instead of white or fried, if possible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get the steamed vegetable with fish or any seafoods such as shrimp, steamed crab legs!. Forget about the myth about the stirfry foods, you always can can pick at those vegetables off the stirfry look for those that look bit hard or half cooked & crunchy such as the brocolii, celery, peapods & many others they're usually a bit hard or half cooked its good fiber!. Since its a buffet theres always fresh fruits!. Just remember that simple rule on eating out when its dinner meal don't over eat you really don't need it because its 3 hours before going to bed, moderation & portion, & lots of water!. Get the steamed vegetables and fish/seafood that isn't fried!.!. If I go to Chinese buffets like China Buffet, I stick to the hot and spicy soups or the egg drop soup (to fill me up) and then I have all the crab legs (if there are) I can ever get!.!. And lots of shrimp too!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
