Does anyone else love love love chicken sticky rice?!
It is a Dim Sum dish and I have been eating it since I was a toddler!. Most people who see me eat it think I'm crazy but I find it more comforting than chicken noodle soup!Www@FoodAQ@Com

But there are many other Chinese dishes that use sticky rice that are equally heavenly as your beloved Dim Sum!. For example, have you tried:
1) Lotus leaf rice with pork spare ribs;
2) Cream lobster on a bed of sticky rice (here, the rice absorbed all the juice from the lobster and is far more tasty than the lobster meat itself);
3) Chicken wing stuffed with sticky rice (this is rare in North America as it takes a lot of time to prepare)!.
