My sister gave me some dried bean curd sticks, what can I use them in !?
Do they need to soak first !? If so how long !?

Just soak until soft and you're ready to cook!.

You should soak them in hot water in a pot until they become soft (but not too soft, or they will break apart)!. I'll say between 5-10 minutes!. You should have about 5 per person, so it'll be 15!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
