Soy-Free Chinese Food!

Question: Soy-Free Chinese Food
I can't have soy products at all!. I mean at all!. So I was wondering if anyone knew chinese dishes that are soy-free!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Here are a few recipes I found: look for recipes with a "white" or clear sauce like a ginger based sauce!. Use fermented black bean sauce, hoisin sauce or oyster sauces instead (I am assuming they do contain soy sauce but you can check the ingredients to confirm)!. Use Chinese 5 spice powder or a touch of toasted sesame oil to add flavor to any Chinese dish!.
