Is there any way to incorporate avocado in an Italian dish?!

Question: Is there any way to incorporate avocado in an Italian dish!?
Right now, I'm making Angel Hair pasta, and I'm going to mix it with shrimp, pesto sauce, and marinara!. The avocados we have aren't going to be good much longer, and I'm wondering if there is anyway to mix it in!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with sarah!.!.!. While making avocados into a side salad or sauce is the usual way to have them, you can still incorporate them into a pasta sauce for a more interesting dish!.

The pasta you made (shrimps and pesto) would work well with mashed or minced avocados if you skipped the marinara sauce (avocados need to stay fresh)!. Just make sure the pasta is cool enough before you stir in the avocados!. Some crushed garlic, sour cream, and/or freshly chopped coriander will go will with that too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Turn your avocado into an Italian appetizer!. Slice tomato, mozzerella, and the avocado!. Feather them on a platter or plate!.Top off the trio with roasted peppers and fresh basil!. Drizzle some balsmic vinegar, a little olive oil (optional) and salt and pepper to taste!.

TIP : squeeze a little lemon on the avacado to keep the color green

You can serve it as a side dish with tomatoes but next time remember that you can prepare avocado pasta (just make a paste with avocado, add garlic salt and cashews - then add it to the drained pasta)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Why not toss the avocado with some tomato and onion and simple vinegar and olive oil dressing and serve it as a side salad!. I do not see marinara going well with avocado!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
