Why does everyone think about Asian cuisine when talking about ETHNIC CUISINE?!

i sure don't confuse ethnic and exotic, coz there's very little that is exotic about hamburger, or roast turkey for that matter either!. though i can imagine plenty of exotic images of lovely ladies eating all sorts of ethnic foods!.!.!.
be interesting to see a list of ethnic foods from all the countries in the world, coz i'm sure there's plenty of variety, and also lots of overlap!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not for me!. I prefer to think ethnic cuisine from other continents, example Europe, Africa, the Americas & Oceania!. Many ppl will refer Chinese, Japanese & Thai cuisines as Asian cuisines, but Asia in general is the largest continent & because of its size, there are more other ethnic Asians, such as Malays, Indians, Arabs, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I don't!. Maybe its just you looking at it that way!.!.!.maybe everyone here have alot of questions about the foods that are originally from Asian countries, which contains many ethnic cuisines (ex!. Chinese, Japanese, & etc!.) partly because they are popularly widespread in their cuisines around the world!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I don't think strictly Asian or Mexican or Oriental!. Almost every cuisine is offered and eaten everywhere any more!. In the states they have Asian (all types) and Mexican food aisles!. I live in Saudi Arabia and it's the same!. I don't know why American food products are on the etnic food aisle here!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't necessarily think of Asian cuisine, but, if you're American, it IS one type of ethnic cuisine!. I generally think of Greek though, since that's one of my favorite cuisines!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually think of ethnic cuisine as exotic and unique so it's generally anything outside the range of normal everyday food for me!.
