Grill Mates packets by McCormick!.!.!. any flavor!. They all serve different purposes!. For instance, the Baja lime is good for making fajitas!. The garlic and wine is good for a tossed salad!. My favorite was Caribbean spice but they don't make that anymore!. Anyway, the seasoning is very flavorful and easy to do!. Just marinate all day for really intense flavor!. I no longer by the liquid version of any marinade because their flavor is just not there!. Stick with Grill Mates!.!.!. you'll see!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i usually put some salt, and italian seasoning on it and if you like it alittle spicy put on some chili powder or theres a thing called hot salt which is good, i also put on some galic pwder, if you dont want your chicken to dry out so much put some butter on the top of it after its cooked about 5-10 minutes!. We tend to go more for the blackening seasoning we tend to like things more with a new orleans flare!.I use the stuff that comes in box JAR INSIDE THE BOX!.!.w the chubby chef w hat on it!.!.hard to find but wonderful!his products cant be beat either!.Publix carries it!.
There is Montreal steak seasoning !.!.!.by McCormick's its wonderful for steaks and chicken i cant rate anything higher than it!.Please try it you will not be disappointed!.they have put it all in one bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like Mrs!. Dash zesty!. There are sweet fruit glazes, dry rubs, basic house seasonings like garlic powder, sea salt & lemon pepper, the posibilities are endless!. Then there are those bottled rub at the grocery store like McCormick grills like montreal, mesquite, jerk and others!. Always rub some oil or margarine on your chicken & all meats so the seasonings will stick to the meat which ever one you decide!.

I like this rub, I use it often!.

:
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup paprika
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well; use as a dry rub on beef, chicken, lamb or porkWww@FoodAQ@Com

Here's my favorite all purpose seasoning, it tastes good on pretty much anything!.

1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
