Um, sushi is more than just rolls, doll!.
But since most Americans insist that sushi ONLY consists of rolls:
Albacore on top, albacore and crab on the inside!. Ponzu sauce on top!. Probably my favorite one!. Pretty much any raw fish and REAL crab roll with ponzu is amazing!.
But I prefer nigiri:
