All helpful but who wants sugary sauce, ad a can of tomato paste or 1/2 diluted with a bit of water, even adding some tomato juice with it is fine, sugar will mask the heat for a short time but it will come screaming back eventually, I am a former chef and know these thingsWww@FoodAQ@Com

As christnp stated, "by adding dairy products"!. You can use milk, cream cheese or cottage cheese!. If you have a problem with dairy products, you can add a milk substitute or non dairy creamer!.

Dairy products or sugar will correct something that's too spicy!. You can choose either one or both, in this case!. You can add more sugar to the spaghetti sauce!. Or you can add cheese to the final dish, or mix cream into the sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, add sugar!. I've done this several times and it works wonders!.

Start with small amounts though and try the sauce as you add more sugar!.!.!.you don't want to add too much and possibly ruin it!.

Add more tomato and just a dash of sugar!. Alternatively, you could keep it in the fridge for a day and then add kidney beans (tinned is ok) cook and serve with wild rice and voila!.!.!. chili con carne!Www@FoodAQ@Com
