The first one is more of a tan-ish, I almost want to say greenish tinted color!. Its not very light!. I think it may be curry powder!?

The second is a mixture of who knows what!. But, I think there are whole pepper pods in there!.

And the last one is a bright red color!.

Answers:
The first one may be ground Cumin powder!. Open the bag!. Ground Cumin powder has a very distinct aroma to it!. If it is not ground Cumin powder, it may be ground coriander powder!. You have to open, the aroma will help you distinguish!.

The second one looks like a pickling spice mix!.

The third one looks like ground red chili powder!. I don't think its a Degi Mirch (Indian Paprika), because of the way it has settled!. also Degi Mirch is expensive, they don't bag it this way in large quantity!. Again open it, and smell it!. If its Red Chili, you may sneeze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I COULD ONLY GUESS THE SECOND ONE THEY ARE MISED SPICES!.!. CHILLI ,BLACK PEPPER, CORIANDER,CINNAMON STICKS, CUMIN AND FENEL SEEDS !. THEY ARE SOME TIMES TOSTED AND GROUND CORSELY AND USED TO SPICE CHICKEN CURRY!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

curry and saffron are used often in indian cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you would really need to smell them to be able to find out what they are!. why don't you go into a indian store or restaurant and ask them!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
