also, many chinese soups- the ones that aren't on the english menu (ask your local chinese cafe if they offer any- it's worth it)!.
Squid curry!. The steamed buns stuffed with chinese sausage and egg!. Duck!. Moon cakes!.
And fried rice- although that's more of a leftover kinda meal (does it count!?)!.

Fresh spring rolls are yummy especially with the mint in them and the sauce YUM!. I don't like chinese restaurant eggrolls though, too much cabbage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's a tough one because of the immense variety; but I keep feasting on Cantonese "dimsum" the most - somehow these tiny morsels of heaven truly touches the heart!.!.!. and the belly!. My favourite!Www@FoodAQ@Com
