Here are three differant recipes maybe one will suit your needs

*JAPANESE SHRIMP SAUCE, SHOGUN VARIETY

I also found this:
1 cup mayo
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp melted butter
3/4 tsp paprika
3/8 tsp garlic powder

Just mix those all together and be sure to refrigerate it when you're done with it!.

And this:

*JAPANESE PINK SAUCE

1 garlic clove
1 cup of mayo
1 tablespoon horseradish
!.5 teaspoon of dry mustard
2 teaspoons of lime juice--or to taste
1 tablespoon tomato paste/or chili sause
Mix all ingredients and chill

and this one:

*BENIHANA SHRIMP SAUCE!.

2 C!. mayonnaise
1/2 C!. water
1 tsp!. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp!. salt
1 T!. garlic juice
3 to 4 tsp!. catsup
1 tsp!. ground ginger
1 tsp!. hot sauce
1 tsp!. dry mustard
1 tsp!. paprika
3/4 tsp!. white pepper

Whisk together!.
