Recipe for Indian dish??!
Okay!. I went to India last October and had an amazing time!. Absolutely loved the food!. However, I can't seem to find a recipe for this one vegetarian dish!. Oh, how I wish I could have remembered the names of everything I ate!.
I was told that it was made from what we know (in the States) as cauliflower!. Covered in what I would think as like a barbeque type sauce!.!.!.but not really a sauce!. I actually have a photo of it!.

Wow i thought i knew my Indian cuisine well !!
Its certainly not a pakora(golden colour) (recipe given by another user) as its the wrong colour, nor is it "gobhi- aloo"(recipe offered by the same user) typically i and other Indians eat gobhi alu and eat looks yellow (colour given by turmeric)!.
Its certainly some dish that was created by the Indian restaurant you were visiting!. Like the chefs very own creation!.
