Making the sushi is the easy part!. The ability to keep smiling at rude and demanding customers that don't even bother to tip or say "Thank you" is the hardest part of the job!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

- Dealing with idiotic Americans who think that sushi is only rolls (hmm, ever heard of nigiri!?)!.
- Dealing with the idiots who only order California rolls!.
