Question: Japanese mochi balls! were to buy supplies!?!?

i know how to make them but i need mochiko [a japanese rice] and katakuriko [a japanese flour]!.!.!.i live in the inland empire [[about an hour south of LA]] any one know were i can find these things!? or a site online were i can get them!?

If they don't have katakuriko, just use cornstarch from Safeway!.
