I cook Moroccan food in a regular clay tagine but serve the food in a decorative tagine!. I picked up a beautiful decorative one for $25 yrs back at a great sale!. There are much better and cheaper ones than Le Creuset and not so ridiculously heavy:

If you have never cooked with a tajine, I would first purchase a cheaper more original version made of clay!. It is incredibly simple to cook with and the result is delicious!. I have no regrets of purchasing one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
A tajine is a great cooking tool, but food prepared in one that cost you $15 will taste exactly the same as food prepared in one that cost you $75!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well worth it!.
No Moroccan main course is complete without it being cooked in a tajine!.
